The ideal candidate would share our passion, using a bicycle as their main form of transportation. We’re a tight-knit and diverse group working in a fast-paced environment. The Bike Center is open year-round and offers a variety of services, so we’re looking for versatile individuals who can take initiative and handle a wide array of tasks.

We’re looking for extremely well-organized, responsible, enthusiastic and flexible individuals with previous tour guide experience as well as one year of bike industry experience. Must have excellent verbal communication skills; enjoy public speaking, can learn and retain information and travel routes. Bilingual and familiarity with the downtown Santa Monica/Venice area are a plus. Tours can run any day of the week but will primarily be scheduled for weekends.

We’re looking for reliable and friendly individuals with two years of professional shop experience. UBI Professional Repair and Shop Operation (or equivalent) certification required.
Speaking another language, familiarity with the downtown Santa Monica area, and point of sale (POS) experience are a plus.
